Venture Technologies was founded as a purely service oriented organization relying completely on our ability to deliver high quality, flexibly tailored, on time, cost effective services to a core group of clients. We grew our business through the reputation of our work and not by advertising or actively pursuing additional clients — instead all of our additional business was a result of referrals from the organizations we supported. This foundation is the base upon which our current company is built. Many of our clients today are the same ones who we have been working with since our inception in 1999.
Our dedication to a service-centric approach results in our ability to adapt to new and emerging technologies by consistently applying the same methodology to each project we undertake regardless of the level of engineering commitment required. This methodology, represented by the acronym APDIM, considers the full life cycle of any project from simple infrastructure upgrades to complex business processes development.
The APDIM methodology, created and expanded upon based on our extensive industry and technical experience, is represented by the following phases:
